Can you clarify?: Most of us feel hunger only when we really need to eat, and that depends on how much we've eaten recently. If you have a reasonably healthy weight and are physically fit, then stop worrying about not feeling hungry, and don't let somebody's superstition tell you when you should. Be glad you don't feel compelled to eat when you're not actually hungry; your physician can be your guide here.
