U have mixed apnea: Central apnea is caused by the brain's inability to respond to elevated co2 (carbon dioxide) levels in the blood. Obstructive sleep apnea is caused by the collapse of the airway when the muscles of the throat, tongue, and possibly the palate when they are flaccid/paralyzed during the deeper stages of sleep. Osa responds well to CPAP and dental devices. Central may respond to cpap.

Agree for obstructiv: I believe you have apnea , most common apnea is obstructive type.The difference between central vs obstructive is ; obstructive apnea patient has effort to breath whole night sleep studies whereas central apnea patient dont have effort for breathing during sleep studies. From the number you gave me suggestive of obstructive but you get good explanation from neurologist or sleep medicine doctors.
