What is bone "remodeling" and how does it show up on xray, ct and mri?

Usually healing: Bone remodeling occurs as a result change in the mechanical stresses on bone. This often is the result of a healing process following fracture. It appears typically in the way of cortical thickening and changes in the bone trabecula.
