If my gf had h/o cervical dsyplasia from hpv back 13yrs ago and had surgery done and since then no other symtoms anywhere is hpv still in her.

HPV: As an expert in this field, there is not a 100% right or wrong answer here. In general if the hpv hybrid tests on her pap smear do not show any high risk dna then she most likely cleared this hpv infection. There is no other kind of test to give you a direct or valid answer.
