LPR: Laryngopharyngeal reflux (lpr) is a form of reflux that might have few is any symptoms other than a dry cough, shortness of breath (affecting inspiration), or hoarseness. Lpr can mimic post-nasal drip and trigger asthma (wheezing on expiration). Some times twice per day acid blockers are needed, sometimes even this will not work. Avoid caffeine.
