See a gynecologist.: It would be best for you to be evaluated by a gynecologist. That doctor can look at the skin tags and do a vaginal/speculum exam. Then, treatment may or may not be recommended, depending on the findings.

Likely skin tags: In all likelihood these are nothing but skin tags. However, the rule out diagnosis is genital warts. Go see your dermatologist and have him remove them and have them tested to make sure they are not warts.
