HMMMM: Unless the finger was dirty and had some brown substance on it that changed your skin color, then fingering would not cause and changes. Hormonal changes can cause skin color changes, just as the nipple (Areola) can change color throughout the periods and after pregnancy etc. , so maybe hormones that rose during the sexual pleasure of fingering may be the culprit.
