How can opioid induced hyperalgesia be reduced ? 2 years continuous use of 500/30 tablets. around 6 per day. can this produce nerve like pain ?

Yes: Hyperalgesia is a state where your nerves and receptors are sensitive to stimuluts and there is increase in pain to a painful stimulus. Usually the solution is to stop the opioids. Just know that if you stop the opioids, you will feel worse before you start feeling better and it may take several weeks. Visit your doctor for an evaluation and supervision throughout this process.
