Prozac (fluoxetine) restlessness: Yes. This is a side effect of Prozac (fluoxetine) where there is either a worsening of restless leg syndrome toward evening, or all day restlessness called an akathisia. They should eventually improve , but if they don't , you should call your dr so it can be treated before the next appointment. Best wishes to you. If you have restless legs, the antihistamine can worsen that as well.
