This is likely: Something not serious like hemmoroids or an anal fissure (crack in skin ) . Not all hemmoroids are painful. It's important u see a GI doctor because they need to evaluate you. Depending, they might do a mini-scope (sigmoidoscopy) and it's an in office procedure . Nothing to worry about though just wanted to give u some details . Take care.
