Recurring C. diff: C diff is a tricky disease. Even though u tested negative 2 weeks ago I'm not sure I trust that test given you just had it and u have similar symptoms to before. Often there is antibiotic use that causes the relapse - so u have to be very careful about taking any further antibiotics. Only if absolutely needed!! Good if u will see a GI doc or ID specialist because those are the experts in this dz.
