Acid reflux: As long as cardiac issues have been excluded by md the usual cause is reflux. Especially athletes with intense fitness regimens, good workout can have a unpleasant side effect: acid reflux. Wait for usually two hours after eating.Eat sensibly before exercise. Avoid foods that increase risk of acid reflux, like chocolate, citrus juices, caffeinated drinks, and spicy or fatty food.
