Any risk in a myopic pregnant woman (-8 diopters) getting retinal detachment from pushing during delivery?

No: Although the risk of retinal detachment may be somewhat higher in a high myope (near-sighted person), I do not believe that delivery poses much of an increased risk. Enjoy the baby!

Minimal risk: Your scenario causes minimal if any risk of retinal detachment compared to the baseline risk of someone with high myopia and peripheral retinal degenation.
