This is not serious: Most case of swollen lymph nodes are related to your body's attempts to fight an infection and are not serious.However there are a few serious conditions so if you do have lymph nodes and they last for 2 weeks , then you should check your doctor. Mosk common condition if bening is a hydradenitis and less lymphoma for malignacy.
