Make sure HCV is neg: If it was hepatitis a that cause a bump in your liver tests, five months is more than enough time to resolve the infection, leading to immunity. However in egypt, there is a high incidence of hepatitis b and c also, so you should be checked out to make sure that this is negative in your case.
