? carpal tunnel: Numbness of the fingers has several causes. Temporary causes like hyperventilating can cause all fingers to feel tingly. Other intermittent causes include carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, or pinched nerve in your neck. You are kind of young for most of these problems. If it keeps up get it checked out.
