Could be either: Can't tell without examination, so see a doctor. Non-specific symptoms can be only sign of congestive heart failure and hypoxemia.

Possibly sleep apnea: First rule out sleep apnea as this is very common and could be causing your symptoms. It could very easily be anxiety as well. You should start by seeing your primary care doctor.
