Miscarriage symptoms: Patients who are miscarrying, may experience loss of symptoms, vaginal spotting or bleeding, or have cramping. The bleeding may get heavier and finally you can pass a lot of tissue. If the bleeding is scant and you aren't having any other symptoms, then all may be okay.
