Possible but...: 3 negatives means 99.99% you are not pregnant. But "yes" it is definitely possible to have some bleeding while pregnant. Sounds pretty certain you are not, though; good wishes.

Yes: Having a period means that the woman is not pregnant. However some women do experience bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy. Would wait until you miss your period to take a home pregnancy test. Take care.
