Missing one birth: Control pill is usually not going to cause a significantly increased risk of pregnancy. But if you miss two or more that can be problematic. By the time you miss a week, it is like not being on an oral contraceptive. Bottom line is that there is no 'safe' time to have sex without risk of pregnancy.
