Evaluation: Post-coital bleeding can be a sign of infection or more serious problems. If the symptoms have been present for more than 4 weeks, are associated with pain, fever, weight loss, you should see your physician as soon as possible.

Bleeding after sex: Cervicitis, endometrial polyp, cervical cancer, PID....Need to be examined by a PCP or Ob-Gyn specialist to rule out infectious and potentially malignant causes. Please do so ASAP.
