Probably not: Good shoes can definitely help, but generally heels do not fall into that category.

Not at all.: Wearing shoes with heels can sometimes be more comfortable, but there is no getting rid of spurs without surgery. Keep in mind though that spur themselves very rarely are the actual cause of pain.

It will not: Heel spurs are extra bone formation from pull on the insertion of the plantar fascial ligament. A change of shoegear will not rid yourself of your heel spurs.
