See doctor: I recommend calling your doctor and asking more questions. You may need a ultrasound to look at these areas more closely. You may also consider taking your films and getting evaluated by a breast surgeon. Lumpiness in the breast is common. It is important for you to examine your own breasts monthly.

Serial mammograms: rarely look exactly the same due to slight positional changes between the studies. What was the radiologist's assessment? A BIRADS diagnostic category must be assigned by the radiologist, this will give you an idea of the level of suspicion: 0(incomplete), 1(negative) , 2(benign), 3( suspicious), 4(highly suspicious). 0 means additional views needed. 3 is 95%
