Does tsh 4, 83 mean hypothirodism ( underactive thyroid) and ft4 - is 9 ( does it also mean underactive thyiroid) ?

The TSH is high normal to high at 4.83 if the upper limit is 5.0 or 3.0 respectively, while the free T4 is low normal if the units of measurement are pool/l. You've already got hypothyroidism so this would help reinforce it.
