Throbbing in head & l.back where i've had a fusion, u pon standing. what could this be? is it serious ?

Low back pain: The first question is how long ago did you have your back fusion. I would not expect for the pain to totally subside to about 8 to 12 months after surgery. The other issue is that patients tend to develop facet syndrome after having had back fusion it can be treated but you'll need someone skilled in interventional pain to help. Other problems such as hardware failure are possible, get evaluated.
