I would like to ask if a iu/ml is the same as u/ml result?i want to compare 2 of my different atpo results but they are in these different values.thx!

Probably: "iu/ml" stands for "international units per milliliter" whereas "u/ml" stands for "units per milliliter" - these are generally used interchangeably. It is important though to make sure the ranges of the tests are similar, since different labs have different normal ranges, depending on the population and assay they use.
