Thyroiditis: An elevated TPO antibody indicates an ongoing autoimmune condition in which the body is attacking the thyroid tissue. It is important to have a physician follow this condition regularly and make treatment recommendations based on your symptoms, family history and physical examination.

TSH suppressed : Looking at your labs tells me you are getting too much thyroid medication , which is probably why you are feeling bad . Your TSH is suppressed it should be between 1 and 2 . I highly suggest you get back with your doctor to adjust the dose of your medication down and recheck the labs in 6-8 weeks . If you are going to be on Generic , be sure you are getting the same generic every time .
