My mother`s tsh - 3.75 iu/ml (norm 0.3-4.5) , t3 - 1.75 ng/ml (norm 0.69-2.15), t4 - 95.5 ng/ml (norm 52-127), antitpo - 35728 iu/ml (norm 0-30), tga - 132292 iu/ml (norm 0-95) (i used snibe maglumi x8 to check). is it possible to reduce atpo/tga?

Is your mother on thyroid medication to treat Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism? If so her condition appears well controlled. After a few years her very high antiTPO level may decrease but will never normalize. There is no other treatment needed for this. I'm not sure what a TGA level is. A thyroidologist or endocrinologist is best to advise & follow her.
