Yes: I presume you had successful vision correction (lasik) surgery and that (now) your prescription is "zero" or plano in your eyes. You certainly can wear protective eye glasses and I do advise this for outside activities and for uv protection. Also, because some individuals have dry eye symptoms following lasik, the glasses can help deflect airflow that speeds up evaporative tear loss.
