No: Most doctors recommend using one at a time, the Metronidazole first. Someone else on healthtap may have a different recommendation, but i typically tell my patients to use one at a time. Otherwise too much product in the vagina. You can always take oral Metronidazole and use vaginal anti-fungal or vice-versa. Just an idea for your and doc to discuss.
