A few things: Most common reason for headache in pregnancy is dehydration, so make sure your urine is clear colored to be sure you're drinking enough. Next would be tylenol, (acetaminophen) as very safe in pregnancy. Caffeine is another idea (not at night though!), and up to 200mg in pregnancy is safe. Next would be rx from doc for vicodin or tc#3. Talk with your doctor for recommendations that would be specific to you!

See details: Try tylenol (acetaminophen) first. Speak with your obstetrician and make sure your blood pressure is not elevated.

HA when pregnant: Some tips for migraine when pregnant: sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Smoking cessation. Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day. Moderation of caffeine intake, less than 5 cups coffee per day. Stress reduction. Riboflavin 400 mg/day, and/or magnesium oxide 400-800 mg/day. Yoga, gentle stretching, massage, meditation. Hope this helps, good luck!
