Dizziness: It is not too low. But lower BP threshold to tolerate depends on persons homestasis. It varies from person to person. Being a 27 year old you could feel dizziness with a BP ~100 mm hg. You should maintain your BP around 120/80 mm hg. You could stop Lisinopril and recheck your bp. If it improves and your symptoms resolve then you are fine. If not consult your physician.
