Why do i have trouble talking in a group when i do fine online?

Cyber-Connection: Speaking to a group of individuals ranks as one the most anxiety producing situations for anyone. Online there is a protective layer due to something i call "cyber-connection protection". There can be less spontaneity in a cyber-connection. Online your feedback may be limited or non-existent. Both factors would lead to fewer troubles when talking to an online versus a live group.
