Possibly: It is possible that your child has pneumonia. Fever? Irritable? I would talk to your pediatrician.

M.D. visit: It is possible that your child has developed an infection of the upper and/or lower airway as a result of aspiration of mouth or stomach contents. I would suggest follow up and checking your child's temperature.
