Nausea & Sleepiness: Google symptom checker and webmd and look under sleepiness and nausea. There are over 60 things that can cause this combination. One of them is diabetes. Because of the complexities and dangers if untreated, please have someone drive you to the er now or call an ambulance. You need to have the serious possibilities ruled out. Best wishes.
