I had a baby 4 months ago, i stopped bleeding at 6weeks and have had 1 period and spotting since then. is this normal or could i be pregnant again?

Possible: If you are 4 months post partum and only had one period, a pregnancy test is definatly in order. If it's positive, you need to see the doctor because closely spaced pregnancies can put you at risk for problems. If it's negative, you need to see your dr to find out why your cycles haven't returned to normal. Good luck.
