Can premature labor and delivery cause infertility at 26 weeks with vaginal delivery?

SecondaryInfertility: A person who has one pregnancy and cannot get pregnant a 2nd time is usually not due to the previous 26 week delivery. An incompetent cervix means that the patient got pregnant again. A vigorous scraping at a d & c post partum can cause infertility.
