Diabetes: Whether you have pre-diabetes or have not passed into the diagnosis of diabetes you first would be sent to a class on diabetes and then to be taught nutrition, exercise, and how to monitor your blood sugar at home. This site is way too simple to teach you all that is included in this ten hour class at the diabetes center.

Diabetes education: Yes, your blood sugar is elevated. Hoping your doctor has discussed this with you. Your responses can include changing your food plan by limiting carbs & sugars, increasing veggies, high-fiber fruits, healthy fats, & lean proteins -- and increasing exercise.
