A member asked:

What is the opposite of anorexia, where you think you are too thin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Body dysmorphic: Anorexics have body image distortions and compulsions to be thin. Some don't admit to thinking they are fat but look at parts of their bodies that they want thinner. Some boys or men think they are too small and want to bulk up. This can also be a variant of the same problem of body dysmorphic disorder.
