Lots of causes: Depending on which part of your leg hurts, and what position you have been sitting in, there are multiple potential causes. With this information, and with a physical exam, a physiatrist or sports med doc can help determine the cause. Can range from muscle cramps from decreased blood flow to tight muscles to an irritated nerve.
