blood pressure: Elite athletes blood pressures vary like the rest of us. An elite marathoner may have increased stroke volume and higher systolic pressure than normal for most of us. An elite golfer wouldn't likely be any different from most of us and so forth. Depends on which sport and what conditioning they are 'elite' in.
