Orthostatic hypotens: Sounds like orthostatic hypotension. Inactivity doesn't necessarily cause it but can make it worse. A full diagnosis is made by a tilt table test. To avoid symptoms of dizziness or fainting, stay hydrated and avoid excessive use of caffeine and alcohol. You should see your doctor to rule out other causes such as anemia or other issues
