< acid+<constipation: Avoid constipation + acid urine producing foods + beverages, thus raw apples, pears, plums, cherries+ berries are good. Avoid tomatoes, oranges + citrus fruit or drinks + firm baanas which constipate. Bland, baked, boiled, or steamed foods rather than fried + avoid spices. High fiber, non-processed foods like brown rice, whole grain bread, cauliflower, cabbage, beans etc + avoid constipation +germs.
