Should i take an antibiotic for a swollen ear from a bug bite?

Depends on variables: If the bite became infected and the swelling came up after infection set it this would be reasonable.If your ear is just swollen as part of the bite reaction, the antibiotic would not do anything to help.Diphenhydramine or Cetirizine would handle the swelling better.
