NSAID + Dentist: You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or another med such as an NSAID like Ibuprofen to help, make sure to clean the area really well. Teething gels may help but remember all these things are usually a temp relief and you need to see a dentist to find the problem and solve it, not just mask it and hope it goes away. Best of luck.
