Fracture or cavity: Tooth pain to pressure can result from hidden decay causing an infection of the root, a crack in the surface of the enamel, a crack in a filling, periodontal disease, sinus pressure etc... It would be best to see a dentist for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
