HIV: Yes. Transmission of this virus through semen that contains HIV and is ejaculated into the oral cavity may infect when it hits the back of the throat, the tonsils, lymph nodes, etc. It is very rare or non-existent to be transmitted by oral sex on a woman. If you feel you may have been exposed to HIV it is best to go and be tested. Better safe than sorry. Be careful, it is dangerous out there.
