Evaluation by doctor: Could be many things, but most concerning possibility would be melanoma developing in a previous mole (if it is a mole), as these can grow and expand under the skin. You should schedule to see a physician or preferably a dermatologist ASAP to examine and for them to decide whether to remove/biopsy it if necessary.
