Depends: Most antibiotics you take are out of your system within days. You can look at the number of times a day you have to take a pill and then try to realize that it must be washing away if you have to take it multiple times a day. Since there are so many different antibiotics I can't give a specific answer, but usually after 5 'half-lives' the antibiotic is totally gone. Twice a day? -> gone in 2 days
