Easy: Check with the enterostomal therapy nurses at the hospital you frequent or one of the larger hospitals nearby, go to the crohn's and colitis foundation web site and look for links to local support groups. Check with the united ostomy association on the web and see if there are links to your local chapter. Remember, you are not alone.

Yes: All sympathy to you from every one, it is crippling disease attacks the young, and disables all. Cure is not too far away see your physician regularly depression is not unusual , several support groups are available from your community to nation wide ( and face book ).
